This holistic experience is perfect for the client who understands the value a professional interior designer brings to a project, has a love of finer things and is looking for a high level of service. During your project, we’ll take you through our three-part design process covering both the big-picture vision and the nitty-gritty details.

Procurement, construction (if needed), installation, and staging
Investment - Billed Hourly with Minimum $10,000 in Design Fees

Design Concierge

This service is perfect for the client who values strong interior design but may not have the budget or timeline to do full service. You’ll get Kim’s expert eyes on your space, and a fully formed design plan within 10 business days that you can then implement on your own. You’ll be able to confidently set your project in motion with the help of Kim’s expert guidance and instructions.

Send us your goals, photos, and measurements of your space, plus any inspiration photos
45 Minute conference call with Kim to prepare for your in-person day
4 Hour in-person meeting with Kim in your space to further refine and develop design plan
Digital file delivered within 10 days with everything needed to execute the design plan
Investment - $5,900 Flat Fee

Day Design

Spend a day with Kim in your space to vision cast and make design selections together! By the time she leaves, you’ll have confidence in the general direction and next steps you need to take to make your dream space a reality.

Send us your goals, photos, and measurements of your space, plus any inspiration photos
7 Hour in-person meeting with Kim in your space to further refine and develop design plan
Digital file delivered before departure with everything needed to execute the design plan

Investment: $3,500 Flat Fee

Mini Consultation

This service is perfect for the client who needs expert design guidance for a particular project but doesn't need the large-scale involvement or investment of our ‘full service design’ or ‘designer concierge’ options. This service includes a two hour one on one consultation with Kim at our office in Rockwall and a digital file of all information discussed.

Investment - $1,500 Flat Fee

How do I know if I will like the design?

One of the things I (Kim) does best is really finding out who my clients are, narrowing in on their personal style, and then coming up with a formula for that style. This is done through lots of questions, reviewing your inspiration photos, and then developing a design concept. Your first design meeting with me is a chance to make sure we are on the right path before moving forward.

How do you choose the clients you work with?

I love clients who value the design process and understand it is an artistic as well as a technical process; they value a professional who can merge all the aspects together. I also love projects with a bit of unexpectedness, because they are exciting to work on. Plus I really value kindness.

How far out are you booking right now?

This is something we'll change monthly depending on our workload, but right now we are booking for Full Service in April to May and Flat Rate service in March.

I live outside your area, can I still hire you?

Yes! I have worked on multiple projects outside of DFW. With today's technology and my network of resources around the country, working from a distance is very doable.

I need help with just a few ideas or paint colors, do you offer a service for that?

If you just need help with a few things - booking a Mini Consultation is going to be the best option for you. You have me for a full two hours and you can ask me all of your design questions during that time.

Do you help with full gut renovations of rooms?

Yes! I can design a room from top to bottom and provide interior architectural drawings and layouts. I'm an expert at electrical plans, lighting designing, and all the things that make a reno functional as well as beautiful.

I recently finished the renovation of my entire home with the help of Kim Armstrong Design Concierge Service. This is a service where you can send Kim pictures of your project and pictures of your style. Then Kim will personally FaceTime with you and work up an assessment of your style followed by an approximate 4 hour meeting to discuss the project and the many different options. Following that meeting Kim will draw up a summarization and email you a plan which includes valuable information, measured diagrams for kitchen and bathroom cabinets, suggestions of Contractors and a list of many different vendors for the purchase of appliances, tile, flooring, paint and paint colors, cabinet hardware, lighting, fabric, reupholstering and so much more.
